K Norman Consulting is a consulting company specializing in the development and
improvement of a company's most valuable asset - its employees.
We began our company in 2006 based upon the principals that without motivated, energetic,
positive employees a company will cease to continue. To that end we customize our programs
to fit the needs of our clients.

About Kurt Norman
Kurt Norman is president and founder of K Norman Consulting of Woodstock, Illinois, which specializes in training services in
the areas of quality service, sales, leadership and improving employee performance.
Kurt has over 19 years of experience in the financial and business industries and has been part of numerous training, HR, and
marketing programs.
Kurt attended Elgin Community College, Western Illinois University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the
University of Wisconsin-Madison. His past achievements include selection to the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club
of Dundee Township, Team Leader for the Fox Valley Scholarship program through Judson College, Regional Board member for
the American Cancer Society-Fox Valley Division and President of the Dundee Township Rotary Club
Born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Carpentersville, Illinois, Kurt has lived his entire life in the Fox Valley area. He and his
family currently live in Woodstock.
